1. Shipping Policy

1.1 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

1.2 Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

1.3 Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via WhatsApp or SMS on the mobile number provided at checkout.

1.4 Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across most serviceable pin codes in India. Please keep exact change ready for the delivery agent wherever possible.

2. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your NectarPure Vijaysar Glass. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Returns are accepted for damaged/defective products, wrong product delivered, or product significantly different from description.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, or minor natural variations in wood grain (each glass is handcrafted and unique).

3. Refund Policy

All payments and refunds are processed by Cariva Homes (the operator of the NectarPure brand). Once a return is approved and the product is received and inspected:

• Refund is initiated within 5–7 business days.
• Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method (UPI, card, or bank account).
• For COD orders, the refund is processed via UPI or bank transfer to the details you provide.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. To cancel, message us on WhatsApp with your order details as soon as possible.

5. How to Raise a Return / Refund Request

Simply message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID, a photo of the product, and the reason for return. Our team typically responds within 24–48 hours.
